Equipment warranty period -1 year

The entire machine is guaranteed for one year from the day of delivery. If the contract terms you sign when ordering our company's products clearly stipulate the warranty period, the terms of the contract shall prevail.

Free software upgrade and maintenance - 1 year

Within one year, Eternal is obligated to provide free software upgrades and maintenance. If Party A has any new functions, test instruments, test items, etc., it shall pay service fees in accordance with Party B's standards.

Lifetime after-sales service and technical support

As long as Party A continues to hold the equipment, Eternal will provide free technical support via email and phone for such equipment for life.
